The base fabric is Jaspeado - Dubái Jersey Knit, a knit fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is a plain fabric in shades of green and seaweed green, as indicated by CMYK 67 18 96 3. The secondary color of the fabric is a shade of seaweed green that conveys calm and tranquility, and combines well with other colors such as white, gray, and light blue.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its smooth but visually speckled texture and elastic to the touch. In addition, it is a translucent fabric, making it perfect for knit garments such as t-shirts or sweatshirts.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we find fashion for both women and men in knit garments, specifically for t-shirts. This fabric is timeless, which makes it perfect for garments that never go out of style.
It is important to note that care for this fabric includes no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry cleaning is allowed except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is a technique in which colors are transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This results in vibrant and long-lasting colors.
