The base fabric of this garment is the Heathered Jersey Knit - Dubai, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The fabric is printed with a solid color in shades of Blue and deep Navy Blue, with a cyan ink of 100, magenta of 80, yellow of 41, and black of 35, resulting in a CMYK of 100 80 41 35.
This deep navy blue tone conveys elegance and sobriety, besides being a very versatile color and easily combinable with a wide range of shades, such as yellows, oranges, and light greens, tones that add luminosity, enhancing its depth. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees durability and a precise finish on each piece.
Among the main characteristics of the base fabric are its smooth texture and translucent appearance, its soft and elastic touch that gives it great adaptability and comfort. The fabric is suitable for fashion garments for both men and women, and is recommended for t-shirts and knitwear in general. Its season is timeless, meaning it is suitable for any time of the year.
Regarding care, it is recommended to follow these washing instructions: do not bleach, maximum washing temperature of 30 degrees, allowing dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and do not tumble dry. It is important to consider these instructions to maintain the characteristics of the fabric and prolong its useful life.
This fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which involves applying ink onto special papers that are transferred to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This allows the ink to integrate deeply into the fabric fibers, achieving high wear resistance and preserving vivid and vibrant colors, even after multiple washes. This printing method also allows for gradient effects and precise finishes, resulting in a high-quality final product.
