The base fabric is the Jaspeado Jersey Knit - Dubai, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a composition of 100% POLYESTER. The solid printed color is a combination of Gray and Army Brown with the following ink values:
Cyan: 44
Magenta: 40
Yellow: 55
Black: 27
This results in a CMYK of 44 40 55 27. The blend of Gray and Army Brown suggests an earthy tone with cool undertones. Army Brown is a dark variation of olive green used to symbolize power and authority. This shade pairs well with other earthy tones such as brown, beige, and khaki, as well as with more vibrant tones like red and yellow.
The base fabric and the solid color are printed on one side using digital textile printing. The fabric texture is smooth and translucent, with a soft and elastic feel. Furthermore, the fabric is highly resistant and durable, ideal for use in clothing. The combination of the mottled texture and elasticity provides a very interesting visual finish. The solid printed color is very striking, adds a sense of depth to the garment, and presents with acceptable saturation on the fabric.
The fabric is ideal for garments such as t-shirts and knitwear, for both men and women. The fabric is timeless, meaning it can be used all year round. In addition, the combination of earthy tones with brighter tones makes it easy to combine with different clothing styles.
Caring for this fabric is simple; however, certain products such as bleach and trichloroethylene should be avoided in the dry cleaning process. For washing, the temperature should not exceed 30ºC, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. The garment should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process in which ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers to then convert into solid pigment. This process creates a smooth and durable finish, with a variety of colors and designs. The printing technique is very precise and allows for great diversity in the designs to be printed.
