Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso is a technical fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 160 gr/m2. This fabric is water-repellent and antibacterial, making it ideal for applications in fashion, decoration, and textile/home. In addition, its measurements are 150 cm wide, and its care requires maximum temperatures of 60ºC, warm ironing, and it cannot be tumble dried.

As for the printed color, its pastel blue variant with a combination of Cyan inks at 23, Magenta at 14, Yellow at 7, and Black at 0, creates a perfect balance between freshness and serenity. This color adapts very well to relaxed and modern environments, and can be combined with other pastel shades such as pink or peach. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, giving it a soft and durable finish.

Among the characteristics of the base fabric, its rough texture and its water-repellent finish stand out, making it resistant to water and bacteria. As for the printed color, its uniformity and its ability to maintain its hue over time are notable.

Among the applications and uses of this fabric, its use in fashion for manufacturing pants, backpacks, and purses stands out. It is also ideal for interior decoration due to its strength and durability, being perfect for manufacturing cushions, tablecloths, paintings, and outdoor loungers.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to avoid cleaning with trichloroethylene; it can be dry cleaned. In addition, it should be noted that a tumble dryer cannot be used.

Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), a process by which ink is transferred through a direct heating process onto the fabric, achieving high print quality and long-lasting colors.
