Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The base fabric is the Antibacterial Hydrophobic Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric composed solely of polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The base color printed is rose gold, achieved by mixing 8% cyan, 25% magenta, and 19% yellow ink, without using black ink (CMYK 8 25 19 0). This rose gold color is characterized by transmitting warmth and elegance, making it an interesting option in interior decoration and fashion apparel. Additionally, this color complements well with other neutral tones such as black, grey, and white due to its medium intensity.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for a higher level of precision and detail in the printed design. Regarding the characteristics of this base fabric, its waterproof finish and high resistance to bacteria can be mentioned. Furthermore, the printed color has a rough texture and features an additional antibacterial finish.

As for the applications and uses of this fabric, there are several, such as fashion and accessories, interior decoration, home textiles, among others. This fabric is ideal for creating trousers, purses, toiletry bags, cushions, and tablecloths, among others. This is compatible with the high resistance of the fabric, in addition to the striking result provided by the plain printed color.

To maintain the durability and quality of the fabric, it is important to respect its specific care instructions. It should not be bleached and washing temperatures should not exceed 60 ºC. Dry cleaning is permitted, except for trichloroethylene, ironing can always be done with warm temperatures, and tumble drying is not allowed.

The printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, which allows for a more durable print. This technique consists of using special inks that, applied at high temperatures and pressure, transform into a gas and penetrate the fibers of the base fabric, leaving the print completely integrated into the fiber and resistant to washing.
