The base fabric of this textile is the Antibacterial Waterproof Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a waterproof and antibacterial finish, and its texture is rough to the touch. Additionally, it features a plain color printed on one side using sublimation technology (polyester).
The indicated secondary color is bright maroon red, with Cyan ink values of 18, Magenta of 100, Yellow of 58, and Black of 8, which translates to a CMYK of 18 100 58 8. This color combines perfectly with other warm colors such as yellow, orange, or pink, as well as with more neutral tones like gray or beige.
It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed only on one of its sides.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the plain color, we highlight its waterproofing and resistance to bacteria, which makes it an ideal fabric for use in fashion, accessories, decoration, and even outdoors or for home textiles.
In terms of applications and uses, this fabric is primarily used in the manufacture of womens and mens clothing, such as pants, coin purses, and wallets, as well as in accessories like backpacks and toiletry bags. It is also widely used in decoration, both through paintings or frames and cushions or tablecloths for the dining room, living room, or bedroom.
It is important to keep in mind some care instructions when washing this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that allows ink to be transferred from a sheet of paper to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, which guarantees high image quality and vivid, long-lasting color.
