The base fabric of the Tromso antibacterial water-repellent fabric is a technical fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 160 gr/m2. Its width of 150 cm makes it perfect for a wide variety of applications. Printed in a plain red/rose red color, the CMYK used for the color is 24 100 50 21, which reflects an intense red tone with a strong presence of magenta and a touch of yellow and black to achieve a deeper, darker color.
This secondary color presents great vibration and vitality, making it perfect for fashion and interior decoration, especially in modern and avant-garde styles. Red/rose red combines well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black, as well as with muted green and blue tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but printed.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a water-repellent finish that makes it water-resistant, a rough texture that gives it good grip, and an antibacterial finish that protects against bacteria and microorganisms.
In addition to its use in fashion and decoration, Tromso fabric can be used for making accessories such as bags, wallets, and toiletry bags, as well as for tablecloths and cushions. It is also ideal for use in sun loungers and other outdoor furniture thanks to its resistance to moisture.
It is important to note that care for Tromso fabric includes not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, ironing at a warm temperature, and not tumble drying. Dry cleaning is also permitted, with the exception of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which means that the design is printed on transfer paper and transferred to the polyester using heat and pressure. This guarantees high-quality and durable printing on the fabric.
