The base fabric, Hydrophobic Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso, is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is a combination of Black and Dark Grey, with a CMYK of 61 52 55 51. This secondary color symbolizes elegance, power, and sophistication, and combines especially well with other neutral tones such as White and Beige.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The hydrophobic and antibacterial finish of the fabric makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, such as fashion, accessories, decoration, and home textiles.
The base fabric features a rough texture and an antibacterial finish, making it resistant and durable. Digital textile printing allows for high definition in details, ensuring a crisp and precise image. Additionally, the hydrophobic finish allows for its use outdoors, such as on sun loungers or garden cushions.
The applications and uses of the fabric are numerous, such as tablecloths for the dining room, cushions for the living room and bedroom, coin purses and toiletry bags, wallets, backpacks, and trousers. Its combination of durability, resistance, and elegance makes it ideal for a wide variety of projects.
For its care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to use temperatures above 60ºC, and dry cleaning is allowed, with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the dye turns into vapor and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, creating a durable and wear-resistant image. This technique allows for the creation of vibrant and high-quality designs.
