The base fabric is a Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, made of 100% polyester, weighing 135 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a grape purple color, achieved by mixing 60% cyan ink, 49% magenta ink, 20% yellow ink, and 4% black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 60 49 20 4. Grape purple is a secondary color obtained by mixing blue and red, creating a warm and deep color that combines especially well with yellow and orange colors.
This fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing. The base fabric is breathable, elastic, and has a pleasant feel against the skin. The printed color is of high quality and wear resistance, maintaining the color and definition of the image during use.
Among the applications and uses of this type of fabric, we highlight the manufacture of hair ties and scrunchies, as well as the production of sports t-shirts for women, men, and children. Additionally, it can be used in other applications where breathable and elastic properties are required, such as the manufacture of sportswear and other textile products.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached or dry cleaned, while washing in water should be done at a maximum temperature of 60ºC and ironing at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is also not recommended.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves applying ink through heat and pressure onto the fabric, allowing the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers, resulting in high-quality and durable images. This means that the printed color does not fade, as the ink is an integral part of the base fabric itself.
