Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh

The base fabric is the Technical Breathable Fabric - Fresh, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It comes in a solid printed color of bakers brown, with a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks in proportions of 36, 72, 82, and 51, respectively. This color is a warm tone that evokes nature and earth, transmitting a sense of security and rootedness. Additionally, bakers brown pairs very well with complementary tones such as dark greens, beige, and ivory.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side, using digital textile printing, which means the color is transferred through an ink injection onto the fabric surface, without penetrating its weave. The combination of the base fabric and the printed color provides general characteristics of breathability, soft and elastic touch, ideal for manufacturing sportswear, such as t-shirts for women, men, and children, as well as accessories like hair ties and scrunchies.

Among the applications and uses of this base fabric, sportswear stands out due to its breathability and sweat resistance, the creation of lightweight and resistant fashion accessories, and the making of clothing with breathable and elastic finishes. In turn, the base fabric is timeless and can be used at any time of the year.

For its care, a wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC is recommended, without bleaching or dry cleaning. Ironing at a cold temperature is necessary, and it should not be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows ink transfer through heat and pressure, providing high quality image and color definition. This process allows the printing of personalized and unique designs on the fabric surface, offering a wide variety of creative options for its use and application in different sectors.
