The base fabric, Fresh Breathable Technical Fabric, is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is an intense dark brown, which is formed by a combination of Cyan (37), Magenta (56), Yellow (99), and Black (44) inks in the CMYK proportion: 37 56 99 44. This secondary color symbolizes stability, authority, and confidence, besides being versatile and combining very well with earth tones, beige, white, and even pastel shades. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with this plain color on one side by digital textile printing and is not dyed.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it is a breathable technical fabric with an elastic touch and a breathable finish. As for the printed color, it is resistant to washing and sun exposure, and it remains vibrant and bright for a long time.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, we can highlight the following applications and uses: Hair ties, Scrunchies, and sports t-shirts for women, men, and children. This type of fabric is perfect for high-intensity sports activities and for those looking for comfortable and durable clothing.
Regarding care, this fabric does not allow the use of bleach, and the garment is suitable for washing at a maximum of 60°C. Additionally, it is important not to dry clean the garment, iron it at a cool temperature, and not use a tumble dryer to dry it.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is textile sublimation. This process is based on the transfer of pigments dissolved in a liquid base onto the fabric, which are then fixed by heat and pressure on the fabric. In this way, the color is printed on the surface of the fabric, without altering its original texture and achieving exceptional durability and quality in the printed color.
