Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh

The base fabric is the Technical Breathable Fabric - Fresh, composed of 100% polyester, with a grammage of 135 gr/m2. The width of the fabric is 150 cm, and its primary applications are for sportswear, such as t-shirts for women, men, or children, as well as other products like hair ties or scrunchies. The solid color printed on the fabric is sandstone brown, with a CMYK breakdown of 33 33 39 13.

This secondary color conveys a sense of warmth, harmony, and stability. This shade relates to earthy elements and pairs perfectly with other neutral colors like white, beige, or black. In the color palette, blue or green tones can also be used to contrast and achieve balance in the design.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the ink has been digitally applied to one side of the fabric, and no dyeing process has been used. This printing technique allows for high quality and sharpness in the image, with a resistant and durable finish.

The fabric features general characteristics such as a breathable finish and an elastic texture that provides it with certain elasticity and versatility. Regarding care, we recommend not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, not tumble drying, and the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.

As for printing technology, sublimation (polyester) is used, a process that involves applying ink to special paper and then transferring it to the fabric with the help of heat and pressure in a heat press. This process allows for more vibrant and durable colors, in addition to being environmentally friendly as it uses eco-friendly inks.
