The Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh is a 135 gr/m2 polyester fabric, 150 cm wide, with a breathable finish, soft and elastic texture perfect for sportswear such as t-shirts for women, men or children, and for accessories like hair ties or scrunchies. The plain printed color is light orange with a CMYK of 12 37 82 2, which indicates that it is a light-toned color with high yellow saturation and enough magenta presence to add more vibrancy. In addition, light orange is a dynamic and energetic color that combines perfectly with brown, green and gray tones.
It is important to note that the plain color is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which provides greater detail and definition to the design.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its breathability, elasticity and softness to the touch, which makes it perfect for sportswear. In addition, it is a technical fabric that has durable and wear-resistant properties, as well as being easy to wash and dry. As for the printed color, its high saturation makes it resistant to fading and washing.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, we can highlight its use in underwear and swimwear, since its breathability and softness make it comfortable and pleasant to the touch with the skin. Likewise, the technical fabric is also ideal for the manufacture of backpacks, bags and other accessories.
Regarding the care we should take into account for this type of fabric, it is important not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cold temperature and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on transfer paper and transferring it by heat and pressure to the fabric to fix it permanently. This process guarantees high image and color quality, and long-term durability.
