The base fabric is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a deep green, with the following CMYK: 84 40 70 42. This color is presented as an intense and timeless tone, combining well with light and neutral shades, such as white or gray.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it great precision and depth of color. Both the fabric and the printed color have outstanding technical characteristics: the former is characterized by its great breathability, its elastic texture, and its soft touch, while the printed color has great resistance and durability.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are scrunchies, hair ties, and sports t-shirts for women, men, and children. Its lightness, comfort, and breathability make it a fabric especially suitable for sportswear.
It is important to note that this base fabric requires specific care, among which are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying ink using heat and the pressure of a heat press to transfer the ink from a transfer paper to the fabric surface. This process produces an intense, durable, and wash-resistant color.
