Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh

The base fabric is the Technical Breathable Fabric - Fresh, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Platinum Grey, with 12% Cyan ink, 11% Magenta ink, 12% Yellow ink, and 0% black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 12 11 12 0. This color is characterized by its elegance, subtlety, and versatility, as it easily integrates with other colors such as white, black, or vibrant tones like orange or green.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the color pigmentation is only on one side of the fabric and not through it. Among the characteristics of the base fabric are its breathability, texture, feel, and elasticity. In addition, this type of fabric is widely used in the manufacture of hair ties, scrunchies, and sportswear such as t-shirts for men, women, and children during any season of the year.

Regarding care, it is important to note that this garment should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 60°C. It does not allow dry cleaning, must be ironed at a cool temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that involves printing the ink on thermal transfer paper and then applying heat and pressure to transfer the ink to the fabric by evaporation. This process allows for high-quality and durable printing, preserving the characteristics and attributes of the base fabric.
