The base fabric of this Windbreaker Waterproof - Target fabric is a technical fabric with a 100% polyester composition, a weight of 116 gr/m2, and a width of 145 cm. Its printed plain color is a beautiful medium blue-teal shade, with a CMYK ink combination of 80% Cyan, 40% Magenta, 47% Yellow, and 29% Black. This coloration is perfect for a wide range of applications and uses, and it pairs well with other colors such as black, gray, and white.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it a high-quality appearance and a soft feel. Its general characteristics include a waterproof finish that makes it resistant to rain and other extreme weather conditions. It also has a delicate touch and is thin, making it comfortable to use for sportswear, jackets, and down jackets.
Applications for the base fabric include sportswear for women, men, and children, as well as fashionable jackets and raincoats for women and men. The fabric is also ideal for use in sewing projects, such as curtains, cushion covers, lightweight upholstery, and home decor projects.
In terms of care, the Windbreaker Waterproof - Target fabric is easy to maintain. It should not be bleached, dry cleaned, or tumble dried. It should be ironed at a cool temperature, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, which is specifically applied to polyesters. Sublimation involves applying ink at high temperature and pressure, which allows the ink to embed itself into the polyester fibers instead of merely sitting on the fabrics surface. This process results in vibrant and long-lasting colors, ensuring that the plain color of this fabric will endure over time.
