The Waterproof Windbreaker Fabric – Target, with a composition of 100% polyester, has a weight of 116 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is an intense purple hue, with shades resembling a purple jam, resulting from the combination of cyan, magenta, and yellow inks in different proportions, with a cmyk value of 64 96 2 0. This color conveys warmth and vitality, making it ideal for sports or winter clothing. Purple is a secondary color resulting from the combination of blue and red, which gives it a meaning associated with creativity, imagination, spirituality, and wisdom. This color looks especially good in combination with gray, pink, and blue tones.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the plain color is not a dye that has penetrated the fabric weave, but rather a pigment that has adhered to one of its sides. The Waterproof Windbreaker Fabric – Target stands out for its waterproof finish, making it a very suitable option for making winter or sports clothing for children, women, or men. In addition, its thin texture allows for a high degree of freedom of movement, which also makes it suitable for fashionable jackets and down jackets.
Regarding the care this fabric should receive, it is important to consider its delicacy and ensure that it is not bleached or dry cleaned. The maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, and once washed, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this case is sublimation, which consists of transferring the printed pigment to a textile base using heat and pressure. This technology provides a high-quality finish, with vibrant colors that do not fade over time and great fidelity to the original image.
