The base fabric is a 100% recycled polyester Crepe Chine with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is Dark Brown, with a CMYK combination of 43 70 91 64. This color symbolizes stability and elegance, and pairs very well with beige, gold, and dark green tones. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
The characteristics of the base fabric are truly interesting, as it is a fabric with a fine and soft texture to the touch, which conveys elegance and delicacy. It is a translucent fabric, but not so much as to lose its opacity, which gives it a touch of sophistication and exclusivity. Both the texture and the feel of the fabric are grainy, adding a unique texture to the fabric. As for the printed color, it is a solid and uniform color across the entire surface.
Regarding the applications of this fabric, it is perfect for general fashion, such as womens dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, and accessories like scarves. Additionally, it is an excellent choice for lingerie and bridal wear. Its ideal season is summer, as being a lightweight and breathable fabric, it is perfect for high temperatures.
As for care, it is important not to bleach it, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. The fabric is suitable for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
For the manufacturing of this fabric, sublimation technology (polyester) is used, which allows for high-quality and durable printing. This technique consists of printing the image onto paper, which is then placed on the base fabric and subjected to high temperatures and pressure, causing the ink to transfer to the fabric. In this way, a sharp and durable print is achieved, without affecting the characteristics of the base fabric.
