The base fabric is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, a crepe fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is olive green, with a CMYK of 40 31 100 15, indicating that cyan and magenta ink combine to give that green hue, while intense yellow and black are used to a lesser extent. This color conveys a feeling of naturalness and serenity, and can be perfectly combined with beige, brown, yellow, and orange tones to create a balanced and harmonious environment.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the color is printed on the surface of the fabric and does not penetrate its interior as in the case of a dyed fabric. Regarding its characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and translucent texture, which makes it ideal for light and fresh summer garments such as dresses, skirts, and blouses. Meanwhile, the solid printed color stands out for its graininess, which gives it a more natural touch, and its softness makes it comfortable to wear.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to womens and mens fashion and lingerie, including wedding garments, this fabric is also perfect for making accessories, such as scarves, and other complements. It also adapts very well to the creation of decorative elements, such as cushions and curtains.
Regarding care, it is important to wash the fabric with cold water and not use bleach, as this can affect the color. Since the fabric is very thin and soft, it is recommended to iron it at a low temperature and not use a dryer. It can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the ink to be transferred to the fabric on paper, and then adhering it to the fabric with heat and pressure. This technique does not contain water, so it does not affect the structure of the fabric, and allows high-quality and durable designs to be printed on a wide variety of fabrics.
