The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, a type of crepe with a 100% polyester composition, weighing 82 gr/m2 with a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is a Green Poison, with a cyan ink of 53, a magenta ink of 32, a yellow ink of 91, and a black ink of 18, which forms a CMYK of 53-32-91-18. This secondary color is characterized by its strong intensity and brightness, and it combines particularly well with other light green and blue tones.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not dyed, but printed on one side. The characteristics of the fabric are divided into texture, touch, and visual, being thin and soft to the touch, translucent in its visual aspect, and granulated in its texture. On the other hand, the Green Poison printed on it is characterized by its high resistance to washing and excellent rub fastness.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its different applications and uses stand out, such as fashion and accessories, womens/mens dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, scarves, and lingerie, including also the use of the fabric in the making of wedding dresses. In addition to these options, this fabric can also be used for creating fresh garments for the summer season.
On the other hand, it is important to consider the care instructions that must be followed to maintain the quality of the fabric. It is important not to bleach the fabric, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and it allows dry cleaning in all its forms except trichloroethylene. Likewise, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for the printing of high-quality and resistant designs on the surface of the fabric. This printing process consists of transferring inks from a special paper to the polyester surface using heat and pressure.
