The base fabric for this textile is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid color is a frog green with a Cyan ink content of 25, Magenta ink of 3, Yellow ink of 36, and Black ink of 0, which represents a CMYK composition of 25 3 36 0. This secondary color is symbolic for its relationship with nature and hope, and technically it is characterized by its transparency and lightness, resistance, and durability. Its tone combines well with earth tones, blue, and yellow.
This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which means that the color is applied using inkjet printers that deposit small drops on the fabric surface, allowing for a wide variety of personalized colors and designs.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a thin, soft, and translucent texture, with a granulated feel that gives it a sense of quality and elegance. Furthermore, it is a recycled fabric with GRS certification, making it a sustainable option. As for the printed color, the fabric is resistant to sun and water, as well as humidity and wear.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are fashion, accessories, lingerie, dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, scarves, and also bridal fashion. Its versatility makes it an ideal fabric for different types of garments and styles, for both men and women.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a cool temperature. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for the production of personalized designs with great color accuracy and detail. The ink sublimates into the fabric through a heat process that turns it into gas, penetrating the fibers and providing vibrant, long-lasting color.
