The base fabric Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros is a light crepe weighing 82 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, composed of 100% recycled polyester and GRS certified as sustainable. Its plain color is a blue-green with a CMYK ink mix of 84 in cyan, 25 in magenta, 53 in yellow, and 9 in black. This color evokes the freshness and vitality of nature, combining perfectly with shades such as white, beige, or black. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for great precision and detail in designs.
Regarding its characteristics, its thin and soft texture to the touch stands out, with a visual translucency reminiscent of moving water. On the other hand, its granulated weave gives it a natural sense of movement, making it ideal for fashion and accessory projects. Among the most common applications and uses of this fabric are the making of dresses, skirts, blouses, and shirts for women and men, as well as scarves and bridal lingerie.
It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care to maintain its quality and prolong its durability over time. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, and always iron it at a cool temperature. It allows dry cleaning, although it is recommended to avoid the use of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process in which colors are transferred through heat and pressure to achieve excellent color fidelity. This method allows printing personalized designs, maximizing the quality of the base fabric and obtaining sustainable and high-quality results.
