The base fabric is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Goose Grey with a CMYK of 18 15 16 0. This color evokes neutrality, elegance, and sophistication, perfect for haute couture garments and lingerie. It is a color that combines very well with pastel tones such as pink, aqua green, and beige, as well as with more intense colors like red and emerald green.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning the design is printed on the surface of the fabric rather than being dyed into the fibers. This makes the color bright and sharp, and the fabric maintains its natural softness and freshness.
Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros has several general characteristics such as its translucent and soft texture to the touch, which makes it ideal for delicate and feminine garments. In addition, its light weight provides a soft and fluid drape, perfect for garments such as dresses, skirts, blouses, and lingerie. This fabric is also recycled and sustainable, making it an environmentally friendly option for the fashion world.
Among the applications and uses of Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros are general fashion and accessories, such as scarves, bags, and purses, and specifically it is found in womens and mens garments, such as wedding dresses and shirts. This fabric is a natural choice for the summer season due to its lightness and breathability, as well as its GRS certification.
To properly care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. It is also recommended to iron at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for a sharp, bright, and durable print on the fabrics surface. This technique consists of transferring ink from special paper through heat, which allows the design to be permanently fixed on the fabrics surface, without hardening or altering its natural texture.
