The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 110 gr/m2. As for the printed plain color, it is a deep blue with touches of teal, composed of a cyan ink of 74%, magenta of 45%, yellow of 54% and black of 42%, with a CMYK of 74 45 54 42. This secondary color adds depth and freshness to the fabric, and combines especially well with earthy and warm tones, as well as with more intense colors like greens and purples.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only by digital textile printing. This technique allows for high image definition and faithful color reproduction, although it is important to note that only the printed side will have color, while the reverse will be white.
In terms of general characteristics, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz has a soft and delicate touch, but at the same time it is resistant and durable. It is a thin and light fabric, ideal for summer clothing and accessories. As for the printed color, it has great intensity and vibrancy, with a brilliant finish.
The applications and uses for this type of fabric are very broad, standing out especially in fashion, such as swimsuits and shorts, as well as in accessories and bags. It is also ideal for sportswear and swimwear, due to its resistance and easy maintenance. In addition, its 100% polyester composition and GRS certification make it a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric.
It is important to take into account the care that must be taken for this fabric, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not bleaching, not tumble drying and ironing at a cold temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring the printed image from the transfer paper to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, achieving a faithful reproduction of the colors and high definition in the final image.
