Description

The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, made from 100% polyester, weighing 110 gr/m2 and 147 cm wide. The printed solid color is a fusion of brown and blood red with a cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink ratio of 40, 68, 58, and 55, respectively. This secondary color transmits a feeling of strength, passion, and vitality, being the perfect fusion to combine with more neutral tones such as brown, white, gray, and beige.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the ink is applied to one side of the fabric instead of being a dyeing process.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its delicate and soft texture to the touch, although it is also resistant and rigid thanks to the polyester. As for the printed color, its outstanding attributes are the intensity and depth of its tone, which gives it a vibrant and attractive appearance.

Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, we find a wide variety of options ranging from fashion to the manufacture of accessories, bags, sportswear, swimwear, etc. In addition, thanks to its GRS certification and its recycled nature, it becomes a sustainable fabric committed to the environment.

To keep the fabric in optimal conditions, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not use trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at a cold temperature, and avoid tumble drying.

Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that converts inks into vapor to then adhere them to the fabric, thus achieving a durable and high-quality result.
