The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed entirely of polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2, achieving a thin, rigid, and soft texture that makes it ideal for sportswear and accessories. Its width of 147 cm and GRS certification make it completely sustainable, as well as timeless in terms of its season. The solid color printed on this fabric is a soft daisy pink, whose CMYK is 10 30 29 1, combining perfectly with other pastel and soft tones. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, allowing for a more personalized and exclusive design.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric is presented as a light and durable option for clothing, due to its high resistance and flexibility. The daisy pink color printed on the fabric provides a delicate and elegant sensation that, in turn, can be interpreted as fresh and youthful. Regarding applications and uses, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is suitable for fashion garments and accessories, sports accessories and bags, swimwear, as well as Bermuda shorts and swimsuits. The fabric is also suitable for making wallets and bags with its high resistance and durability.
It is important to note that, because it is a polyester fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and the maximum washing temperature should be 30ºC. In addition, it is recommended to dry clean (except trichloroethylene) and iron at a cool temperature, avoiding tumble drying, to maintain the quality of the fabric and the print.
Finally, the printing process with Sublimation (polyester) allows for exceptional image quality and sharp details in the print on the fabric, without affecting the softness and texture of the base fabric. This process consists of transferring the design from the print on special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring a permanent fixation of the color.
