The base fabric for this material is Recycled Microfiber Biarritz, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 110 gr/m2, with a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is Slate Gray, with the following ink percentages: Cyan 56, Magenta 44, Yellow 36, and Black 21, resulting in a CMYK of 56 44 36 21. This color has a greenish-gray tone, which can be combined with greenish, brown, and/or gray tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color using digital textile printing technology, which means it is printed on only one side of the fabric, allowing for a high-definition and precise finish.
The characteristics of the base fabric are its softness, smooth texture, and delicate touch. On the other hand, the color printed on the fabric looks soft, discreet, and elegant. This fabric is perfect for a wide variety of applications such as Fashion, Accessories, Bags, Wallets, Bathing Suits, Bermudas, Swimwear, and more, thanks to its high quality and durability.
The applications and uses for this fabric are very broad. For example, in fashion, it is used for making garments for both men and women, such as t-shirts, suits, jackets, blouses, and pants. It is used in the manufacture of bags and accessories such as wallets, hats, and bath towels. Thanks to its strength and durability, it is also used in making bermudas and swimwear.
It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care. Do not bleach. The maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows for the transfer of inks at high temperatures, resulting in a high-quality print. This technique also offers a wide range of colors and personalized designs.
