The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester and with a grammage of 110 gr/m2. Its width is 147 cm and it is certified as sustainable, as it has GRS certification. As for the plain printed color, its CMYK is 33 89 39 32 and it is a combination of Red and Plum Pink. This secondary color is ideal for transmitting passion and strength, but it also has an elegant and sophisticated touch thanks to the plum tone. It combines very well with neutral tones such as gray or beige, and with other colors such as dark green or navy blue.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This implies that the color may lose intensity over time or when washed intensely.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft texture, and it can feel both thin and stiff to the touch. As for the plain printed color, it is a very vibrant and attractive color, which stands out in any use you want to give it.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we can highlight its use in fashion, both for making garments and for accessories or bags. It is also a good option for sports or swimwear such as shorts or swimsuits. In addition, thanks to its sustainable certification, it is ideal for designers who are looking for environmentally friendly materials.
As for the care that this fabric should receive, it is important not to apply bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not use a dryer, iron at a cold temperature and send to dry clean unless the method used is trichloroethylene.
This base fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology (POLYESTER). This process consists of printing the ink on special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this way, the print is permanently fixed to the fabric.
