The base fabric of this garment is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a polyester microfiber with a weight of 110gr/m2 and a width of 147cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a combination of yellow and biscuit brown in a CMYK of 20 29 98 7. The secondary color, biscuit brown, is a color that perfectly combines with green, orange, and beige, and its symbolism represents stability, security, and the earth. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric is delicate yet resistant thanks to its 100% polyester composition, which gives it a rigid and soft texture to the touch. The solid printed color is vibrant and durable thanks to sublimation technology, which allows the pigments to set evenly and deeply into the fabric.
The applications of this fabric are diverse, ranging from fashion, accessories, and bags to sportswear, swimwear, and bathing suits. Thanks to its softness and delicacy, it is ideal for everyday clothing items. Furthermore, its sustainability, as it is composed of recycled materials and has GRS certification, makes it an eco-friendly option.
For its maintenance, it is important to follow certain care instructions such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing with special inks on paper and then transferring the images and color to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This process guarantees high print quality and minimal water and energy consumption.
