The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid color printed on this base fabric is Corn Yellow, with CMYK values of 4 3 66 0. This color is vibrant and warm, evoking the energy of the sun and the vitality of spring. When combined with white and black, it creates sophisticated contrasts, while with warm tones like red or orange, it achieves a cheerful and fun palette.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding its characteristics, the base fabric is thin, rigid, and soft to the touch, making it suitable for fashion, sports, and accessories applications. Additionally, it has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is recycled.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, highlights include fashion items such as swimsuits, Bermuda shorts, and accessories like bags and wallets. Thanks to its composition and characteristics, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is ideal for swimwear and sportswear as it is water-resistant and allows for good breathability.
To care for this fabric, it is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach or tumble dry, and iron it at a cool temperature. Dry cleaning is also permitted, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a digital textile printing technique that uses special inks that vaporize to fuse directly into the fabric fibers, creating a vibrant color resistant to washing and sun exposure.
