Description

The base fabric Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is a microfiber fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 110 gr/m2. Its width is 147 cm, and it has a plain printed color in coal red, whose CMYK is 16 87 67 6. This color is a red with a touch of brown, symbolizing strength and energy. It combines very well with grays and whites, although it can also be an interesting complement to vibrant colors like yellow or green.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the ink is applied directly to the surface of the fabric. It is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side.

The characteristics of the base fabric are its thin, rigid, and soft texture to the touch. On the other hand, the printed color is resistant to washing, light, and humidity, which guarantees its durability.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are fashion, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimsuits, wallets, and home textiles. This versatility of use is due to its soft texture and the fact that it is easy to care for.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not to use a tumble dryer. In addition, it allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a low temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process consists of printing the ink onto transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric with a heat press. This technology allows for high-quality and durable designs, as the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric.
