The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color is a Gulf Blue tone with a CMYK of 26 7 5 0. This tone evokes the serenity and freshness of the sea. It is a secondary tone that combines harmoniously with colors such as white, light gray, beige, or soft green. The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is applied only on one side of the fabric using digital techniques.
This fabric is characterized by its soft and delicate texture to the touch. In addition, it is a thin and rigid fabric at the same time, which gives it great versatility in its use. Its plain printed color is highly resistant to fading over time and washing. Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses stand out, which include fashion, accessories and bags; fashion and swimwear such as board shorts, swimsuits, and wallets. Its use is very wide and diverse thanks to its delicacy and resistance.
It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care for its proper maintenance. It should not be bleached, and tumble drying is not recommended. The maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. In addition, it allows dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene. It is advisable to iron at a cool temperature to avoid possible damage to the fabric.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which ensures that the printed color remains intact for a long time. Sublimation is a technique in which the design is printed on special paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this case, the printing technology used is specific for polyester fabrics.
