The base fabric Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is a 100% polyester microfiber fabric with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color has a CMYK of 1 1 9 0, which translates into white with subtle touches of soft ivory. This secondary color is soft and warm, and combines well with neutral tones such as gray and beige, as well as with pastel colors such as pale pink and light blue.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink does not penetrate the fabric but is deposited on its surface. This allows obtaining colors with greater intensity and detail than with other dyeing techniques.
Regarding its general characteristics, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is distinguished by its soft, delicate and flexible texture, which makes it an ideal option for fashion and sports garments and accessories, as well as for making swimsuits and bermudas. In addition, its 100% polyester composition makes it resistant to wear and tear and the passage of time.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, it is also a good option for manufacturing wallets and bags, and its timelessness makes it suitable for use in any season of the year.
Regarding care, it is important to avoid bleaching and tumble drying, and wash at temperatures not exceeding 30ºC. It is also suitable for dry cleaning, although trichlorethylene is discouraged. Ironing should be done at a low temperature.Regarding printing technology, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is manufactured using sublimation. This process consists of applying ink to transfer paper using a printer with special inks and transferring the ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows obtaining durable and high-quality colors.
