The products base fabric is Recycled Microfiber Biarritz, a microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is a vibrant Banana Yellow, composed of a combination of Cyan (20), Magenta (9), Yellow (96), and Black (1) inks with a CMYK of 20 9 96 1. The Banana Yellow color symbolizes joy and optimism and combines particularly well with light blues, greens, and light gray to create a fresh and balanced effect.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is directly printed onto the fabric using printing technology that uses non-toxic and fade-resistant ink. The fabric is characterized by having a soft, thin, and stiff texture at the same time, making it ideal for a variety of applications, such as fashion accessories, sportswear, and swimwear. In addition, the fabric is sustainable as it is GRS certified and made from recycled materials.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are accessories such as bags and wallets, sportswear, and swimwear. In addition, thanks to its soft and light texture, it is also suitable for the production of summer clothing such as dresses and skirts. The proper care for this fabric is no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed with the exception of trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which involves the use of ink and transfer paper to transfer the ink to the fabric using heat and pressure in a heat press. This process ensures high-resolution print quality and excellent color durability. In summary, Recycled Microfiber Biarritz is a versatile and sustainable fabric that combines a soft texture with a vibrant Banana Yellow printed using digital textile printing technology.
