The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber type with a 100% polyester composition. With a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm, it is certified as sustainable due to its recycling process and carries the GRS seal. As for its color, it is an olive green with a combination of Cyan (36), Magenta (26), Yellow (99), and Black (10) inks, resulting in an earthy and elegant tone that pairs very well with browns, creams, and other earth tones.
This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, giving it a uniform and vibrant appearance. The general characteristics of the fabric are a soft texture to the touch and a thin but rigid consistency that make it ideal for applications such as fashion, accessories, bags, swimwear, and Bermuda shorts.
Given its primary use in swimwear, it is important to consider the care instructions recommended by the manufacturer: it can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. It is advisable to avoid the use of bleaches to preserve its original color.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows a digital image to be transferred to the fabric through the action of heat and pressure. This technique is ideal for synthetic fabrics like microfiber, as the color merges with the fibers and does not wear off with use or washing.
