The base fabric, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, is a 100% polyester microfiber fabric with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is a medium teal with a CMYK of 85 30 50 17. This color pairs well with lighter green shades and also with earthy colors like brown and beige.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and thinness, making it ideal for fashion and sportswear applications such as swimwear, shorts, bags, and wallets. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable thanks to its recycled fabric.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow certain care instructions such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing cold, and not tumble drying. Dry cleaning is also recommended, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the ink directly onto the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring durable and wash-resistant print quality.
