The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The printed solid color is a medium teal with a CMYK content of 87, 37, 47, 29. This color evokes the tranquility and harmony of oceans and nature.
This medium teal hue, due to its tonality, is a color associated with stability, trust, and security, as well as creativity, evolution, and an optimistic attitude. It is a shade that combines perfectly with tones such as white, turquoise, yellow, orange, and brown.
It is important to mention that this fabric is only printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides great versatility in terms of creating designs and patterns.
The general characteristics of the base fabric and the printed solid color are summarized in their fine, delicate, and soft texture, which provides comfort and lightness to garments and products made with this fabric. Additionally, its polyester composition gives it high wear resistance, easy maintenance, and remarkable durability.
On the other hand, the applications and uses of this fabric are very diverse, and among them, we highlight the following: fashion, accessories such as bags, wallets, and shorts, as well as sportswear, swimwear, and bathing suits for both men and women. It is perfect for making swimwear and sportswear due to its high chlorine resistance and quick drying.
Regarding the care of this fabric, bleaches and temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius should be avoided when washing. Ironing at cold temperature is recommended, and do not tumble dry. It can also be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the inks directly onto the fabric, sealing them by evaporating the water and leaving a high-resolution, high-quality image. This printing process is ideal for printing synthetic fabrics such as polyester.
