The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. Its plain printed color is a purple hue, with a CMYK of 95 100 16 5, called Monstruo Morado (Monster Purple). This color is characterized by being strong and vibrant, with a connotation of power and creativity. It is a color that can be very well accompanied by others such as black, silver, and gold due to its intensity.
The fabric is printed with this plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather the color has been applied to one side using sublimation technology (polyester). The fabric features a soft and delicate texture and feel, making it ideal for fashion garments, accessories, wallets and bags, as well as sportswear, swimwear, and bathing suits.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, those related to fashion and sports stand out, where softness and comfort are highly valued characteristics. This type of textile is also used in the manufacture of bags and accessories, thanks to its resistance and durability.
To keep the fabric in the best conditions, it is important to follow the recommended care instructions: it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and should not be bleached or ironed at high temperatures. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with the use of trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
Regarding the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric, it is sublimation (polyester), a process in which designs or colors are transferred directly to the fabric using heat and controlled pressure. This method is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics such as microfiber, and results in a durable and vibrant finish in the colors.
