The base fabric of this garment is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a shy pink, with a CMYK of 18 64 10 0, which indicates a predominance of magenta and a slight touch of cyan and yellow. This color symbolizes delicacy, tenderness, and sweetness, and combines especially well with shades such as white, light gray, and beige.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the color is on the surface of the fabric and not on its interior as in dyed fabrics. This offers a wide range of options for design and creative possibilities.
In terms of general characteristics, Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok stands out for its pleated finish and its visual and translucent texture. On the other hand, the printed shy pink offers great durability and resistance to wear and washing, as well as excellent color fastness.
This fabric is very versatile and can be used for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as lingerie, dresses, skirts, blouses, accessories like scarves or handkerchiefs, and even swimwear like sarongs. Additionally, its common use in bridal fashion makes it a perfect choice for brides.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It also allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring ink from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring high quality and durability of the printed color.
