The base fabric is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm in white. The plain printed color is light orange, obtained through the sublimation process with CMYK 10 25 73 1. The fabric has a pleated finish and a translucent visual texture, making it ideal for use in lingerie, dresses, blouses, scarves, shawls, and fashion accessories.
This shade of orange is perceived as an attractive, cheerful, and extroverted color, bringing a touch of freshness and vitality to any garment made with this fabric. Symbolically, light orange expresses optimism, happiness, and communication, making it an excellent choice for designs that seek to project energy and youth. This color combines well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black, as well as with green and bluish hues.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on only one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high precision in design reproduction. As for its general characteristics, the fabric is light, soft, and easy to handle, allowing its use in delicate and comfortable garments. Regarding its printed color, high definition of details and vibrant, long-lasting colors are guaranteed.
Among the outstanding applications and uses for this fabric are bridal lingerie, lightly pleated dresses, flowy skirts, blouses, and beach pareos. The translucent property of the fabric, which makes it ideal for lingerie, also makes it suitable for creating garments that seek to convey a sense of lightness and freshness.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and not to expose it to temperatures above 30ºC when washing. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
Sublimation printing technology allows the transfer of digital ink onto the fabric using heat and pressure, generating a crisp result that is resistant to washing, ironing, and wear. It is a widely used technique in the production of synthetic fabrics.
