The base fabric of the garment in question is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, 100% polyester, with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a deep, bright blue tone, with a CMYK ink combination of 88 51 2 0, which gives depth and vibrancy to the color. The secondary color perceived in the fabric is a turquoise tone, which combines perfectly with the bright navy blue and also goes very well with light tones such as white or pastel pink.
The digital textile printing is done on one side of the fabric to achieve optimal definition and color depth. The base fabric has a pleated finish that gives it texture and a very elegant translucent effect.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its lightness and softness stand out, in addition to its great resistance to traction and deformation. It is a very versatile fabric, ideal for making lingerie, dresses, blouses, scarves, and handkerchiefs, for both men and women. The applications and uses of this type of fabric are varied and adapt to different occasions and styles.
It is important to consider the necessary care to preserve the beauty and quality of this fabric. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, do not bleach or tumble dry, and iron at a low temperature. This fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
For the manufacturing of this fabric, sublimation printing technology is used, especially indicated for polyester fabrics. This process consists of transferring the ink from a special paper to the fabric, using heat and pressure. The print is fixed in the fiber of the fabric, without affecting its softness or texture. This printing method allows obtaining intense and durable colors, with great detail and definition.
