Crepe Pleated Gauze - Bangkok

The base fabric is a Bangkok pleated crepe gauze, with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 90g/m2, and a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is an intense neon blue, with a cyan ink of 76, magenta of 23, yellow 1, and black 0, and a color combination of 76 23 1 0 in CMYK format. This printing is done on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a vibrant and durable finish.

Bangkok pleated crepe gauze is characterized by its translucent and pleated visual texture, which gives garments a light and elegant appearance. Likewise, the neon blue color printed on it adds a modern and striking touch, which can be perfectly combined with other tones such as white, black, or gray, achieving sophisticated and festive combinations. This fabric is suitable for use in various fields, such as lingerie and wedding dresses, skirts, dresses, and fashionable blouses for men and women, sarongs, and accessories such as scarves and handkerchiefs.

It is important to keep in mind some care instructions when washing and maintaining this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, only allowing dry cleaning (except for trichloroethylene), ironing at a cold temperature, and avoiding using a tumble dryer.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for durable color fixation, achieving a uniform and vibrant finish. This process consists of transferring the "ink" (in gas form) through heat and pressure onto the fabric, thus creating a high-quality and high-resolution digital print.
