The base fabric is Transparent Organza - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed is a striking Sapphire Blue, with a CMYK of 98 67 20 5 and sublimation printing technology. This secondary color stands out for its deep and luminous hue, which evokes the serenity of the sea and the elegance of sapphire. Its combination with neutral tones such as white, black, or grey provides a sophisticated and modern contrast.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high precision in the design and a soft, silky texture. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its transparent visual texture and its thin feel, which gives it an ideal lightness for feminine and delicate garments. Furthermore, the high quality of the polyester composition provides exceptional resistance and durability.
The fabric has a wide variety of applications and uses, such as lingerie and wedding dresses, skirts and fashion accessories, sarongs, and childrens clothing. Its lightness and transparency make it an ideal fabric for summer garments and for creating designs that seek a sense of fluidity and movement.
To ensure a long lifespan for the fabric, it is important to follow some basic care instructions. Bleaching products should not be used, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It supports dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used is sublimation, a technique that allows the design to be transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for high image quality, line definition, and the ability to reproduce any type of drawing or photograph on a wide range of fabrics. Sublimation ink is a special pigment-based ink that is printed on special paper and transferred to the fabric through a heating process.
