The Transparent Gauze Fabric - Salamanca is a lightweight and transparent fabric weighing 28 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm. Its composition is 100% polyester, and it is printed with a solid color in a Dark Grey tone, with a CMYK of 34 23 25 4. This color is characterized by being deep and elegant, bringing style to any design. It combines perfectly with neutral colors, such as white and black, but also with more vibrant shades, such as fuchsia or yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, making it an ideal fabric for fashion and interior decoration. The characteristics of the base fabric include its transparent visual texture and delicate feel. Furthermore, its composition makes it wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is mainly used in the manufacture of lingerie, dresses, skirts, and scarves. It is also ideal for sportswear, such as swimsuits and sarongs. Its ideal season is summer, as its lightness and transparency are perfect for high temperatures.
For the care of the fabric, it is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to bleach it. It is also recommended to iron it at low temperature and avoid using a dryer. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, as long as trichloroethylene is not used.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves the application of special inks that turn into gas when subjected to high temperature and pressure, penetrating the polyester fibers and permanently fixing to the fabric. In this way, a high-quality and durable print is achieved.
