The base fabric, Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, is a fine and transparent fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2. Its width of 150 cm makes it ideal for making wide and fluid garments. The solid color printed is Greyish Brown with a CMYK of 62-48-63-47. This color represents elegance and sophistication, and combines perfectly with light and dark tones, such as white and black. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a fabric with a delicate visual and tactile texture, which gives garments a touch of elegance and sophistication. Its transparency allows for playing with layers and superposition effects. This fabric is ideal for making lingerie, wedding or party dresses, skirts, scarves, and sarongs. The solid Greyish Brown color is very versatile and adaptable to any style of garment, from casual to the most sophisticated and elegant.
It is important to note that this fabric requires special care. Bleaching is not recommended, and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not possible.
The printing technology used to manufacture Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is sublimation on polyester, a technique that allows for printing high-quality and durable designs on the fabric. This technique is based on the transfer of inks from a solid state to a gaseous state that penetrate the fabric fibers, which generates a print resistant to washing and wear.
