The Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a very soft and translucent gauze fabric, ideal for creating delicate and airy summer garments. Its 100% polyester composition gives it a very soft touch, which is one of its most outstanding attributes. The solid color printed is a Brown with a very slight hint of Pale Silver, giving it a subtle yet sophisticated look. The CMYK used in the printing is 24 22 27 3, which allows for a brilliant but not too intense secondary hue. This color combines especially well with earth tones and beige, creating a warm and soft palette.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed on one side, meaning the color is only on one side of the fabric. In the case of Salamanca, the visible side is the right side. This detail is important when deciding how to use the fabric and how to design the garments or items that will be created with it.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its transparent visual texture and a very soft and delicate feel. These characteristics are enhanced by the subtlety of the printed solid color. The Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a very versatile fabric, suitable for various uses. The attributes we have indicated include bridal lingerie, lingerie dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves, childrens dresses, and fashion accessories. Thanks to its delicacy, it is ideal for elegant and glamorous garments, but it can also be used for more informal and fresh items.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and use washing temperatures below 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a low temperature to avoid damaging the fabric. Tumble drying is not recommended as it could damage the fiber.
Finally, the printing technology used in the Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is sublimation, which allows for the transfer of digital motifs and colors onto the fabric. This process achieves a sharp and precise finish, with very defined colors and details on the base fabric. Additionally, sublimation allows working with complex designs and subtle color variations, as is the case with Salamanca.
