The base fabric used for this textile is known as Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, and it is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for the plain printed color, it features different shades of pink and red, with a CMYK of 20 100 52 12.
The secondary color of the fabric is rose red, whose intense and vibrant tone combines perfectly with shades such as grey, white, and black, providing exceptional contrast. Furthermore, rose red symbolizes passion and energy, making it ideal for fashion apparel for both men and women.
It is important to mention that this fabric is digitally printed on one side, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but a printed one. This results in higher quality and color definition, as digital textile printing allows for greater precision in reproducing images and designs on fabrics.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the plain printed color, it is interesting to note that the fabric has a transparent visual texture and a delicate tactile texture, making it especially suitable for summer apparel such as lingerie, dresses, and skirts. Additionally, it can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cool temperature.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, the most common are lingerie, wedding and childrens dresses, beach cover-ups or beach towels, as well as scarves and other fashion accessories. The fabric provides great elegance and delicacy, making it perfect for womens clothing designs.
As for the care of this fabric, it is important to wash it carefully and avoid using bleaches, as well as tumble drying. However, it can be dry cleaned, which increases the durability of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which guarantees exceptional print quality in terms of color definition and sharpness. This printing process allows the colors to be directly fixed onto the fabric fibers, providing superior durability and resistance compared to other printing processes.
