The base fabric, Gasa Transparente-Salamanca, is a 100% polyester gauze with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It presents a delicate and transparent visual and tactile texture, ideal for lingerie, dresses, and accessories. The printed solid color obtained has a refractory brick red tone, with a CMYK of 18, 93, 93, 9. Brick red is an earthy and warm color that symbolizes passion, energy, and strength. It combines perfectly with neutral tones like white, gray, and beige, and also with darker shades like black and brown.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, making it ideal for custom and detailed designs. The general characteristics of this fabric are its transparency and delicacy, ideal for garments and fashion accessories. In addition, its polyester composition ensures good durability and resistance.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are the making of lingerie and dresses, both for brides and for special occasions. It is also used in haute couture garments, accessories, and fashion complements, such as scarves and sarongs. Its light texture and transparency make it perfect for use in summer and warm climates.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, which should be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not bleached, ironed at a cool temperature, and not tumble dried. In addition, it allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that transforms the ink into a gas that penetrates the fabric fibers and then solidifies again, which guarantees high-resolution print quality with detailed and sharp designs. In summary, the Gasa Transparente-Salamanca base fabric is perfect for delicate and elegant garments and accessories, printed with a vibrant and warm refractory brick red color on one side using digital textile printing.
