The base fabric of the Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a type of gauze with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2. Its width of 150 cm makes it ideal for making garments and accessories, while its transparency gives it a particular visual and tactile appeal. The plain printed color available for this fabric is dark brown, whose ink content in digital textile printing is 43 (cyan), 70 (magenta), 91 (yellow), and 64 (black) in the CMYK standard.
Dark brown is a deep and elegant color associated with nature and earth. In technical terms, it is a dark and warm tone that combines shades of red, yellow, and black. This color pairs especially well with shades of beige, cream, and gold, as well as lighter shades of brown and gray.
It is important to note that the base fabric of the Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the image is transferred directly onto the fabric through a specialized machine. This gives a precise and detailed finish to the printed image, and in turn makes the fabric more delicate and requires special care.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include its visual texture and delicate feel, in addition to its transparency. This fabric is ideal for applications in lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, scarves, sarongs, and childrens fashion, among other uses. Its main season is summer, as its transparency makes it ideal for cool and light garments.
Regarding the care instructions for the Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron it at a low temperature. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended with the exception of trichloroethylene, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which involves transferring the ink directly onto the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This provides exceptional image quality to the printed fabric, as well as durability and resistance to washing and sun exposure.
