The base fabric is Transparent Organza - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is Orange (14 52 100 4), a bright and vibrant tone that evokes the sun and energy. This primary color results from mixing the secondary colors of cyan, magenta, and yellow. As a warm hue, it combines very well with cool colors such as blue, green, and violet, as well as with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality and sharpness of printing on the fabric. In terms of characteristics, the texture and visualization of the fabric are transparent, making it ideal for summer clothing and accessories. Similarly, its texture is thin to the touch, which makes it ideal for comfortable and light garments.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, lingerie, wedding and ceremony dresses, womens and mens skirts, sarongs, and scarves stand out. Thanks to its transparent texture, it is used in summer garments that require greater freshness and comfort. In addition, its polyester composition provides high durability and wear resistance.
It is important to consider some care instructions for this fabric, such as not bleaching, using a maximum temperature of 30ºC for cleaning, opting for dry cleaning that does not contain trichloroethylene, ironing at a cold temperature, and avoiding tumble drying to prevent damage to the fabric.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using the sublimation printing technique, which allows the transfer of colors to the fabric through the heat and pressure sublimation process, ensuring high print quality and durability. It is important to note that this technique only works for polyester fabrics, as it uses the chemical reaction between the dyes and the polyester fibers to fix the ink.
